British singer-songwriter Jacob Collier has dropped a new live video for “Sleeping On My Dreams”
He filmed the song at Coliseu dos Recreios in Lisbon during The DJESSE World Tour 2022 on July 29, 2022.
The video was directed by André Tentugal.
The song is included on his 2020 fourth studio album “Djesse Vol. 3”.
It was written and produced by Jacob Collier.
The DJESSE World Tour 2022 took place at 28 countries with a total 91 shows.
Jacob Collier shared on social media, “91 shows. 28 countries. 15 humans. 150,000+ voices. The DJESSE World Tour 2022 is a wrap. My soul overflows - from the sheer power of all of you who came along, the most spectacular band and crew imaginable, the many Audience Choirs, the countless adventures with these songs and friends of mine. What an honour it’s been.”- At the 2021 Grammy Awards, the album “Djesse Vol. 3” was nominated for album of the year and “He Won't Hold You” won Best Arrangement, Instrumental and Vocal.
At that time, he told James Corden of The Late Late Show about the nomination, “Everything about that moment was completely flabbergasting. I was sitting here in this exact chair, just chillin’, you know, watching the nominations come through—because everyone is already interested to know who’s up for the big awards. When my name came up on the screen, I froze. I thought, ‘This can’t be real at all.’ And I had to have a great big tall glass of water to calm myself down. I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry or scream so I did a sort of combination of all three.” -
