British singer-songwriter Michael Aldag has released a new song “BLEAK”.
The song is the second single off of his upcoming 6-track EP “SOCIALIZING”, following “APATHY”.
The track received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Future Artists with Jack Saunders.
It was written and produced by Michael Aldag.
The music video for the song was directed by Caroline Hajny.
Michael Aldag shared on social media, “BLEAK is one of the saddest songs i've made. I wrote when I was having su1c1dal thoughts. it helped me out of a dark place and I hope that if you are in a similar place then this song helps in some way.”
He continued, “I wrote this song because I didn't want to talk about how I was feeling. I still find it weird to discuss the topics in this song so I'm conflicted on telling anyone to 'speak out!' because I know how difficult that can be, but it is important not to suffer in silence.
