Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ IGO Announces Debut Album, Shares New Song “Better be alive”
Polish singer-songwriter Igor Walaszek, aka IGO announced his self-titled debut album would be released on November 18, 2022.
The album comprises 12-track, produced by Igor Walaszek and Jakub Jaworski.
From the album, he unveiled a new song “Better be alive” along with a music video.
The song is the fifth single off of the album, following “Helena”, “Brudas”, “To Też O Tobie” and “I Need No Love”.
It was written and produced by Igor Walaszek and Jakub Jaworski. The accompanying video was directed by Michał Oziewicz.
In the clip, he performed the dance with dance and choreography duo Loczniki.
IGO said of the song, “'Better Be Alive' is a story about love and individuality in a relationship. The piece asks whether we want to be what others expect, or whether it is worth taking the risk and being happy, not meeting social expectations.”
IGO embarks on his headline tour 2022 in support of the album. The tour kicks off at GOKSiR Przecław in Szczecin on November 18, 2022 and will conclude at City of Gardens in Katowice on december 12, 2022.
