Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Panic! At The Disco Releases New Song “Don't Let The Light Go Out”
American singer-songwriter Brendon Urie's solo project Panic! At The Disco will release his upcoming seventh studio album “Viva Las Vengeance” this Friday (August 19th) via Fueled by Ramen/DCD2 Records.
From the album, he released the final promotional single “Don't Let The Light Go Out” on August 17, 2022.
The track was written by Brendon Urie, Jake Sinclair, Butch Walker, Mike Viola and Janis Ian. Produced by Brendon Urie, Jake Sinclair, and Mike Viola.
The accompanying music video was directed by Brendan Walter, who also directed the previous videos for “Viva Las Vengeance” and “Middle Of A Breakup”.
The new album comprises 12-track. Brendon Urie recorded live to a tape machine with Jake Sinclair and Mike Viola in Los Angeles.
According to a press release, “The cinematic musical journey is about the fine line between taking advantage of your youth, seizing the day and burning out. The songs not only take an introspective look into his relationship with his decade plus career, but his experiences with growing up in Las Vegas, love, and fame.”
