Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Halestorm Drops New Music Video for “Wicked Ways”
Back in May, American rock band Halestorm, consisting of Lzzy Hale (vocals/rhythm guitar), Arejay Hale (drums), Joe Hottinger (guitar), Josh Smith (bass), released their fifth studio album “Back from the Dead”.
It is their first album in four years since the 2018 album “Vicious”.
The band frontwoman Lzzy Hale said of the album, “We started writing this album about three months B.C. (Before COVID). Once we went into lockdown and were unable to perform and tour, I fell into a dark place and something of an identity crisis. This album is the story of me carving myself out of that abyss. It is a journey of navigating mental health, debauchery, survival, redemption, rediscovery, and still maintaining faith in humanity.”
From the album, the band has dropped a new music video for “Wicked Ways” directed by Dustin Haney.
The track was written by Lzzy Hale and Scott Stevens.
Lzzy Hale said of the vdideo, “In this eerie confessional…. I'm confronting the darkness inside of me, but this isn't my first time...
