DORA Releases New Song “Te Vas”
- Back in April, Madrid-based singer-songwriter Dora Postigo, aka DORA released her debut 4-track EP “Sin Prisa No Quiero Morir”.
Following the EP, she unveiled a new song “Te Vas” along with a music video.
She sings the track in English and Spanish. It was written by Dora Postigo and Miguel Barros. Produced by Pional. The avideo was directed Rafa Castells.
Dora Postigo said of the song, “Te Vas is pure pre-summer hedonism. I just finished high school, passed all my exams and in 15 days I'm leaving with my two best friends to explore Europe. This is all real. They are the ones who appear in this wonderful video directed by artist Rafa Castells. This song is my way of celebrating, one cycle closes and another begins, fireworks! But always with one foot in the shade, as I like. Produced by my homie Pional.”
The 18-year-old Dora Postigo is known as a daughter of the late Spanish actress Bimba Bosé, who died in 2017.
Hand-picked to represent Spain in Spotify's global emerging-artist program RADAR, DORA has since graced the cover of Vogue España as well as being chosen by Apple Music to participate in their Up Next program following acts such as Rosalía, Billie Eilish and Bad Bunny.
