• American DJ Marshmello teamed up with singer-songwriter Halsey to release a new song “Be Kind”.
  The song marks the first collaboration between Marshmello and Halsey. Rumors of the song surfaced online on April 24, 2020, with the artists confirming the song less than a week later.
  It was written by Amy Allen, Freddy Wexler, Gian Stone, Marshmello and Halsey.
  Halsey tweeted, “cute optimistic heartfelt dance summery 80s. me and mello thought u guys could use the vibes right now!”
  Marshmello said of the song, “As soon as I heard the song, I was instantly obsessed. Halsey and I connected and were both on the same page with what we wanted the final outcome to be, and it turned out great.”
