Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Grimes Performs New Song “4ÆM” at the 2020 Game Awards
Canadian singer-songwriter Grimes appeared on the 2020 Game Awards to perform her new song “4ÆM”.
The track was released on December 13th from the Keanu Reeves-starring game “Cyberpunk 2077” soundtrack.
Grimes appears in the game as a pop star character called Lizzy Wizzy. The game is set to be released on April 16, 2020.
In addition to Grimes, the soundtrack features Run the Jewels, Refused, A$AP Rocky, Gazelle Twin and more.
Also, the song will appear on her upcoming fifth studio album “Miss Anthropocene”.
The album was preceded by “My Name Is Dark”, “So Heavy I Fell Through the Earth”, “Violence” and “We Appreciate Power”.
She said of the album, “It’s called Miss Anthropocene. It’s a concept album about the anthropomorphic Goddess of climate Change: A psychedelic, space-dwelling demon/ beauty-Queen who relishes the end of the world. She’s composed of Ivory and Oil.”
