Milky Chance Premieres New Song “Rush” featuring Témé Tan
- German folk duo Milky Chance has premiered a new song called “Rush” from their upcoming third studio album “Mind the Moon”.
The track, which features Congolese/Belgian artist Témé Tan, is accompanied by a surreal video styled after stop-motion animation.
The album comprises of 12-track including the previously released singles "The Game" and "Daydreaming", arrives on November 15th. It is their first LP in two years.
Milky Chance consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Clemens Rehbein, bassist and percussionist Philipp Dausch. In addition, Antonio Greger (guitar) and Sebastian Schmidt (drums) join in as tour member.
The duo debuted with the EP “Stolen Dance” and the album “Sadnecessary” in 2013. The debut song “Stolen Dance” won the 1Live Krone radio awards for Best Single. The debut album won European Border Breakers Awards for Best Album. Also, the band was nominated for Best Band, Best German Act and Best International New Act at MTV European Music Awards.
In 2017, the band released their sophomore album “Blossom”.
The duo will embark on Mind The Moon Tour 2020 between January and March 2020. Thetour kicks off at Festival Hall in Australia on January 7, 2020.
