Last week, Seattle-based singer-songwriter SYML dropped an emotional music video for “Everything All At Once”, directed by Gavin Michael Booth, from his self-titled debut album.
He said of the clip, "Everything All At Once" is so important to me, and I knew I wanted the video to be equally moving. As soon as I saw the treatment that Gavin, the director, sent, I felt tears in my eyes. I love thinking about music in visual terms, and what Gavin has created is both vivid and beautiful.” It reminds us of Mumford & Sons' video for “Beloved”.
Following the video, he premiered a new song “Symmetry” on Today FM. The track is cinematic sound.
SYML wrote about the song on his social media, “I have been obsessed with black holes for awhile now, mostly with how insignificant they make me feel. There is something extremely beautiful and daunting about infinity, especially when it comes to our inability to understand it.
