Louis Tomlinson Releases New Music Video for “Two of Us”
- Back in March, Former One Direction Louis Tomlinson paid tribute to his late mother Johannah Deakin, who passed away in 2016 after a long battle with leukemia, with his new song “Two of Us”.
After the release of the song, he dropped a music video called “Richard's Bucket List” in April, in which he helped 83-year-old man following the death of his wife.
On May 16th, he released another music video for the song. The black-and-white clip opens up with him, alone in a warehouse, sitting in front of a grand piano. Throughout the rest of the clip, he is singing in different spaces around the building.
He said of the song, “I think with a sentiment like this, the concept of the song, it needs to be simple, and beautiful, and honest, really. So from, the production side of things, we kind of wanted to go for a really organic approach to it to not overcomplicate it or cheapen it. I think [the song] is powerful. I also don’t want people to get caught up in the sadness. I wanted it to be hopeful.”
