Billie Eilish Performs New Song “wish you were gay” on BBC Radio 1
- On March 4th, American singer-songwriter Billie Eilish rebased a new song "wish you were gay”.
And she appeared on BBC Radio 1, where she performed the new song.
Last week, she played other songs on BBC Radio 1. The song "wish you were gay” was filmed at the same time before the release of it.
“I wrote this song about a guy that really was not interested in me and it made me feel horrible, so the song is called ‘Wish You Were Gay’,” she said.
Also, she said that for the first 48 hours that the track is out, a portion of the proceeds benefits the Trevor Project. The Trevor Project is an organization that focuses on suicide prevention in LGBT+ youth.
The song will appear song her upcoming debut album "When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?", which is due out March 29, 2019.
