Back in May 2020, Norwegian DJ Kygo released his third studio album “Golden Hour”. Following the album, he remixed Tina Turner's “What's Love Got to Do with It” and Donna Summer's "Hot Stuff".
On April 16th, he released his first song of 2021 called “Gone Are The Days”. Also, the new song is his first original song in almost a year since the third album.
This time, he recruited British singer-songwriter James Gillespie for the new track.
This marks the first collaboration between Kygo and Scottish singer James Gillespie.
The track was written by James Gillespie and Kygo. Also, it includes a piano version without James Gillespie's vocals.
