Former HomeTown member, and Irish singer-songwriter Brendan Murray has released a new song “Here to Stay”.
It is his first single of 2021 and follows up “500 Days”, which was released last September. Produced by David Arkins.
Brendan Murray told RSVP Live about the song, “The song tells the story of an everyday relationship. Every couple has their disagreements and they don't see eye to eye a lot of the time, but at the end of it all they try to look past it all and realise what they share is more important.”
He continued, “It was a song that was put on the back burner for awhile, but I stumbled across a rough recording in my voice memos from about 2 or 3 years ago from a songwriting camp. Once I had a couple of listens back I had a vision in my head of what the track could potentially sound like. After a couple of recording sessions tweaking and changing every little thing along the way, I'm happy to have finally gotten it to where it is and I hope people love it as much as I did when I first heard it.”- source : Spotify
