Los Angeles-based alt-pop singer-songwriter Rosie Darling has shared a new song “Coping” along with a music video.
The track will appear on her upcoming debut EP and is her first single under her new label Nettwerk Records. It was written by Rosie Darling, Justin Gammella, Likeable and daylight. The music video was directed by Claire Schmitt.
To date, Rosie Darling has collaborated with a lot of EDM artists and joined in as a vocals. But this year, she signed to Nettwerk Records and started her new journey as a solo artist.
Rosie Darling shared on social media, “'Coping' is finally out and is the first song of this new chapter. It is extremely special to me because it's one of the first songs where I left the session and was just like... YUP, that feels like me. Break ups teach you a lot about yourself and this song was inspired by the feeling when you know it's over but you don't want to end it. You play out the moments and image coping without this person. So, as much as I love to nerd out about emotions and songwriting, I will let “Coping” speak or rather SING for itself :) I hope this resonates with you and you find your own story within it.
