Nada Robot Releases New Song “Free Love”
American alt-pop band Nada Robot released a new song “Free Love” on November 27th.
The track is their third single, following “December (1999)” and “Got It Good”.
The song draws to the universal, inter-generational truth that love is the most powerful currency in the world.
It was written by Addam Farmer, Mia Farmer, Heath Farmer and Austin Farmer. Produced by Addam Farmer.
“It motivates people to do things they otherwise wouldn't do, even if it's at their own expenses,” Addam Farmer with the band said of the song. “people will go dirt broke for a shot at love. In the chorus, we say 'they call it free love,' with emphasis on 'they' because it's unclear on whether or not “we” should call it that. Is love really free? This song serves as an existential thought experiment disguised as an indie-pop song.”
The band plans to release their debut album in early 2021. Mia Farmer told LADYGUNN in an interview, “We're planning to release a few more singles in the coming months, followed by a full length album in early 2021. After such a strange year, I hope as a whole can we can (safely!) get back to live shows soon.”- source : 1stdayfresh.com
