Jax Jones & Au/Ra Perform “i miss u” on BBC Little Mix The Search
British DJ Jax Jones and Antiguan-German singer-songwriter Au/Ra appeared on BBC Little Mix The Search to perform their latest collaboration song “i miss u”.
This marks the first time the pair has performed the song on TV. The song was released earlier October.
Jax Jones returns to his club and underground roots on the song. It was written by Cass Lowe, Ina Wroldsen, Jin Jin, Olav Tronsmoen and Jax Jones.
Jax Jones said, “I am so glad to be back with new music, I’ve been looking to drop ‘I miss u’ for quite a while but now felt like the perfect time to team up with AU/RA to release it, she’s an artist I massively admire and respect so I am very pleased she’s on this one with me. ‘I miss u’ takes it back to my roots with the signature Jax Jones club sound, as much as I love my upbeat dance pop records it’s fun to mix some melancholy in now and again. ‘I miss u’ couldn’t ring truer at this very moment, there’s so much stuff I miss in the world right now like not being able to play this song live but it feels good to give my fans new music and a sick new visual”.- source : BBC
