Wine & Warpaint Releases New Song “I Don't Mind”
Richmond-based pop punk band Wine & Warpaint, consisting of Brandon O'Neill (vocals/guitar), Taylor Bess (bass), Colleen Christman (guitar), Hunter Glotz (drums) and Hannah Haupt (guitar), released the sixth single called “I Don't Mind” from their upcoming debut album “Disassociate” on May 15, 2024.
The debut album is set to be released on June 14, 2024 and comprises a 12-track.
The song was recorded in Richmond and produced by Taylor Bess, the track features robust guitar riffs, dynamic drum beats, and O'Neill's compelling vocal delivery.
“This song is about accepting the paradoxes that exist within ourselves but also calling out the dangers of fundamentalist thinking,” the band lead singer Brandon O'Neill said of the song. “It's hard to have nuanced opinions in our increasingly polarized society, but I wanted to try to create a vision for how that might look.”- Also, he shared on social media, “Perhaps the most vulnerable I've ever been in a song, because it's maybe the most direct about what I think. Hope it resonates and makes you bob your head.”
