  • Andy Grammer & Pentatonix Team Up for New Song “Expensive”

  • American singer-songwriter Andy Grammer teamed up with American a cappella group Pentatonix to release a new song “Expensive” on September 15, 2023.

This marks the first collaboration between Andy Grammer and Pentatonix.
Andy Grammer just recently spoke at the group's Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony-and yet, little did the world know, this anthem was on the way.
Between the “cha-ching” sound of a cash register, finger-snaps, and neon synths, the track showcases some of his most dynamic vocals as he locks into a hypnotic harmony with the quintet.
The track was written by Andrew Grammer, and Bram Inscore, who also produced it.
Andy Grammer embarks on North American tour. The tour kicks off at The Flynn in Burlington, VT on October 10, 2023 and will conclude at Tuacahn Amphitheatre in Ivins, UT on November 4, 2023.
The tour will benefit partners such as To Write Love On Her Arms and Feeding America.

  • Additionally, to raise awareness during Suicide Prevention month, Andy has partnered with Propeller and To Write Love On Her Arms for their annual campaign which raises money strictly for TWLOHA's Treatment + Recovery Scholarship Program and Find Help Tool.
Andy Grammer shared on social media, “Hi everyone! This week is National Suicide Prevention Week. Last year, nearly 50,000 beautiful lives were taken from us. I want to use my platform to help get mental health resources into the hands of those who need it most. To do this, I'm teaming up with Propeller to give one fan and a friend the chance to meet me at a show near you! Take action to support To Write Love on Her Arms at the link in my bio for the chance to win.”

  • The song will appear on his upcoming fifth studio album “Behind My Smile”, which is expected to be released in 2023.
Initially, the album was supposed to be released on June 23, 2023, but has been pushed back.
Andy Grammer said, “I know this album has taken quite a long time to come. I unfortunately have to push it back a little farther. The main reason is because there are more beautiful songs that need to be on it and are still in process. Not much longer just a little longer. In the meantime I am unreasonably excited to see you all on tour in a few weeks! I promise will finish the rest of these songs and get them out in the light as soon as humanly possible.”
