Teenage Dads Releases New Song ”Speedracer”
Australian indie rock band Teenage Dads, consisting of Jordan Finlay (vocals/synth/guitar), Vincent Kinna (drums), Connor McLaughlin (guitar) and Angus Christie (bass), released a new song ”Speedracer” on May 31, 2023.
The song is the first single since the 2023 EP Midnight Driving, which was released back in March.
The track was written by Angus Christie, Jordan Finlay, Chris Collins, Connor Mclaughlin, and Vincent Kinna. Recorded by Chris Collins.
The band said of the song, “In reference to the 1967 anime and 2008 film, “Speedracer” is the person that sends your heart racing at a 1000 miles per hour without a second thought.”
Most recently, the band has completed a stretch of shows as special guests with good friends Lime Cordiale on their recent EU headline tour and will kick-off their own run of headline shows across the UK and Ireland on June 21, 2023.
Also, the band embarks on 2023 AUS/NZ National Tour. The tour kicks off at Splendour in the Grass Festival in Byron Bay, NSW on July 22, 2023.
