Kelly Clarkson Releases New Song “favorite kind of high”
American singer-songwriter Kelly Clarkson released the second sinle called “favorite kind of high” from her upcoming tenth studio album “Chemistry” on May 19, 2023.
The song follows up a double a-side single with “Mine” and “Me”, released last month.
The accompanying live video was directed by Weiss Eubanks and Jonny Mars, who filmed her one-night-only performance of the album last month at Belasco Theatre in Los Angeles.
The track was written by Kelly Clarkson, Jesse Shatkin, and Canadian singer-songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen. Produced by Jesse Shatkin.
In the video, Kelly Clarkson said, “I wanted it to be about the whole relationship. One thing I have learned, in a lot of therapy, is that it's not about just the bad. It was a whole thing. The new album is set to be released on June 23, 2023 and comprises 14-track, featuring guest appearances from Steve Martin and Sheila E.
