Lana Del Rey Drops New Music Video for “Candy Necklace” featuring Jon Batiste
American singer-songwriter Lana Del Rey has dropped a new music video for “Candy Necklace” directed by Rich Lee.
The song is featured on her ninth studio album “Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd”, which was released back in March.
The track and video feature American Jazz pianist and singer-songwriter Jon Batiste.
On black-and-white over 10 minutes long video, she played the role of a number of Hollywood icons, likes of Marilyn Monroe and Elizabeth Short, aka The Black Dahlia.
In a statement, the video offers a glimpse of “what it's like for those in front of the camera, behind the smokescreen of fame.”
The track was written by Lana Del Rey and Jon Batiste. Produced by Lana Del Rey, Zach Dawes and Nick Waterhouse.
