  • Christee Palace Returns With New Song “Love Me Better”

  • Toronto-based singer-songwriter Christee Palace returned with a new song “Love Me Better” on February 23, 2023.

The song is her first own music since the 2021 “Jekyll & Hyde Me”. Also, as the single, it is the follow-up to the collaborative song “Titanium” with Marco Pascucci in 2022.
She co-wrote and co-produced the song with Kayla Diamond.
Christee Palace said of the song, “I was just getting out of a relationship and feeling incredibly vulnerable and sad, blaming myself for the outcome. I kept replaying a specific conversation I had with my ex in my head and told my co-writer and producer, Kayla Diamond, about it. We pulled lyrics straight from the conversation.”
She continued, “I became much healthier by finally focusing on myself. I noticed I started looking better; not in a vain way, but I was brighter and happier. I like to refer to it as the break-up glow-up. “Love Me Better” taught me that you truly do not need anybody to validate your self-worth. Love yourself enough first to understand what you deserve, and never allow anyone to make you feel less than. Take care of you first.”
  • Christee Palace is singer-songwriter hailing from a large family of musicians in her hometown of Windsor, Ontario.
She got her start achieving local and Canada wide success with her first EP “Alive Today” and two follow up singles— her songs “Out of Time” and “Light It Up” both charting in Canada's Most Active Indies chart in their first few weeks on radio.
This drove her to pursue music on a larger scale, relocating to Toronto Ontario.
To date, she is approaching 500,000 collective streams on Spotify, having been featured on playlists such as "New Music Friday", "It's a Bop" and "New Music Now".
