American rapper Danielle Balbuena, aka 070 Shake has dropped a new music video for “Purple Walls” directed by Nico Ballesteros.
The song is featured on her sophomore album “You Can't Kill Me”, which was released back in June.
It was written and produced by Dave Hamelin and 070 Shake.
The video arrives on the heels of extensive touring both as a headliner in North America and Europe, as well as in support of Kid Cudi as part of his “To The Moon” tour.
The new visual follows up the video for “Cocoon”, which was released on August 18, 2022.
The clip features that she travels between deserts, mountains and beaches.- The new album is an extension of her previous interrogation of humanity, aiming to further expose her innermost feelings and to explore complicated interpersonal connections, digging deeply as a manifesto about emotional investment, codependency, and withdrawal.
070 Shake said of the album, “We're so attached to this physical world, it makes us more susceptible to being hurt. You can't kill me because I'm more than my body.” Further detailing the album's genesis, she says “With each album, it's like you're being revealed more and more.
