Canadian singer-songwriter Shania Twain returned with a new song “Waking Up Dreaming” along with a music video on September 23, 2022.
Back in 2020 and 2021, she joined in Kelsea Ballerini's "Hole in the Bottle" and Ronan Keating's "Forever and Ever, Amen".
But as her own music, the song is her first music in five years since the 2017 album “Now”.
It was written by Shania Twain, David Stewart and Jessica Agombar. Produced by David Stewart.
Shania Twain shared on social media, “Every time I get to announce something like this I get such a rush of adrenaline and nerves - it never gets old... I am super excited to share with you that my new song 'Waking Up Dreaming'.
