The track was written by Emily Li, Jordan Lewis, Myles Avery and Olivia "LIIV" Cargile. Produced by Myles Avery and Jordan Lewis.
Emei shared on social media, “i was in a huge musical rut in the beginning of this year where I couldn’t figure out what type of music I wanted to make. i wrote and I wrote and I wrote and slowly started liking my songs again. and when I wrote this one, I felt like something clicked finally. leaked it literally the next day after it was written bc I couldn’t contain my excitement 🥲 3 million views, 15k presaves, and 3 months later, the song is FINALLY ready to be out in the world and I am beyond excited. it’s me trying to let go of all the expectations and pressure I put on myself to be productive and efficient and perfect. hope it can mean something to you too!”- source : SoundCloud
