Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ R3HAB & Amy Shark Team Up for Cover of Bic Runga's “Sway”
Dutch DJ R3HAB and Australian alt-pop singer-songwriter Amy Shark teamed up to release a cover of Bic Runga's “Sway” as “Sway My Way”.
This marks the first collaboration between R3HAB and Amy Shark.
The original version of the song was released by New Zealand singer-songwrite Bic Runga from her debut album “Drive” in 1997.
The track was written by Fadil El Ghoul, Lewis Hughes, Nicholas Audino, Te Whiti Warbrick, Kelly Danaher and Bic Runga.
Produced by R3HAB, Lewis Hughes and Sickdrumz.
R3HAB said of the song, “Every record reveals a new facet of the artist behind it. 'Sway My Way' might surprise some listeners, as it's got a more organic and stripped-back feel than many of my singles, but I love the dynamic it brings. Amy is an incredible artist and a pleasure to work with, and I'm so glad she helped me bring this song to life.”
