Steve Aoki & Natanael Cano Team Up for New Song “Kong 2.0”
American DJ Steve Aoki and Mexican rapper Natanael Cano teamed up again to release a new song “Kong 2.0” along with a music video.
The song is the follow-up to their previous "Nataaoki" off of Natanael Cano’s album “NataKong”.
The track was written by Steve Aoki, Natanael Cano and Andres Farias. Produced by Steve Aoki.
Steve Aoki said of the song,“Kong 2.0 is a follow up to 'Nataaoki.' The sound of 'Kong 2.0' swings more in EDM and House with Natanael's corridos energy where 'Nataaoki' lived more in Cumbia and EDM. The new song is a continuation of Nata's sound but now placed in my hands. The story continues.”
Also he told Ultra Fiesta, “Kong 2.0” is well it's 2.0 because not Kong is his album and this is like the second version of kong, so it's my take on a whole different part of his album song and I wanted to take a different direction, I want to go more house, I want to get the crowd jumping on this one a little different, because I was thinking Nataaoki is like festive.”
Natanael Cano said, “I love working with Steve. Aside from the fact that it's a dream come true, we naturally make amazing music together. This is just the second one. But trust me there's more on the way.”
