American singer-songwriter Lauv unveiled a new song “Modern Loneliness” on February 20th.
The track is the tenth pre-released single of his upcoming debut album “How I'm Feeling”. It was written by Lauv, Michael Pollack, Michael Matosic, Johnny Simpson and Mike Elizondo.
Lauv told MTV, "Modern Loneliness, "It's this super, super meaningful song to me. ... I feel like these days, I'm so used to never being alone but feeling so alone. It's so easy to feel totally isolated even if there's people around you. I just think it's this condition that a lot of people in my generation feel."
The album “How I'm Feeling” is set to be released on March 6th, featuring guest appearances from Anne-Marie, Alessia Cara, LANY, BTS, Troye Sivan and Sofia Reyes.
Lauv will embark on “How I'm Feeling Tour” in Europe, Asia, the UK and North America. The tour kicks off at Everything Is New in Lisbon on May 11th.
