New Jersey-based punk rock band Hang Tight has unveiled a new song “It's So Whatever”.
Hang Tight is composed of Pete Zengerle, Bill Cardella, Montana Voegtlin, and Juan Ramirez. Their music style is inspired by the nostalgia of “Tony Hawk Pro Skater” soundtracks and new wave surf rock.
Back in 2017, the band released a debut EP "Grind". The EP debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Heatseekers.
Followed by, the single "Afterglow" was released in September 2018. The new song is the first single of the 2019.
Hang Tight told Substream Magazine about the song, “‘It’s So Whatever’ is a song about becoming numb to having your heart obliterated over and over again. Comparing falling in and out of love to the seasons, always wishing for warmer weather but every time it comes it leaves soon after and the cycle repeats.”- source : Substream Magazine
