American country band David Nail & The Well Ravens unveiled a new music video for “Heavy”. The video was premiered exclusively on Billboard.
The song will appear on their forthcoming debut album "Only This And Nothing More", which is set to be released on September 14, 2018.
David Nail is known as one of the more distinctive talents in Music City today. He debuted with "Memphis" in 2002. Since then he has been active a solo artist.
In July, he announced a new project as the frontman of the band David Nail & The Well Ravens.
David Nail said of the project;
“I’d love to have some interesting story that explained it, but there really isn’t one. It was really just a matter of three guys getting together that really enjoyed each other’s company away from the stage. We enjoyed a lot of the same music, and talked about a lot of the same artists. We had never really created anything together. Last spring, I told them that I wanted to get together, and see what we could do. Everybody has a different skill that they bring to the table, and it could amount to nothing, or it could be really special. We’d never know until we try.”- About the video, he said;
"Everything about this project was organic. So when I was approached about a video, I said we had to do it just like we did the music. In a tight space, in someone’s backyard studio, and hopefully let the music speak for itself." - source : Billboard
