London-based indie pop singer-songwriter Natalie Shay has delivered a new song "This Feeling" via SoundCloud. The song was premiered exclusively on CLASH on January 4, 2018.
The track follows up previous song "DIVE", but the sound is different and rhythmic pop song. It was written by Natalie Shay and produced by Pete Dowsett.
She has already filmed the music video for the song, directed by George O’regan, which will be premiered shortly.
She will perform the new song live at Nambucca in London, along with Lots Holloway, KID CUPID, Elevant and Deep City Diver on February 2, 2018. Learn more information, click here.
About the new song, she said;
"It was important to me to have as many live instruments as possible on the recording to create the right vibe and sound.... It’s a cool, bright indie pop/rock tune. I think it’s quite catchy and lyrically can be perceived in variation of ways."- Natalie Shay is the 19-year old and graduated The BRIT School, where Adele, Katy B, Jessie J, Leona Lewis and others are alumni.
"BRIT has influenced my life in so many ways, from giving me confidence in myself and my music to showing me how to get my voice heard. This song shows exactly the direction I want my music to go in," she said.
She released a debut song "Follow You Home" at 15. Since then, she has released "And They Stare" and "DIVE".
She won Gigs Big Busk, Open Mic UK, London Music Award and Guardian's Future 8 Award between 2012 and 2015. - source : CLASH
