  • Maroon 5 & Jimmy Fallon Performs “Sugar”, Queen's “Crazy Little Thing Called Love” in New York City Subway

  • American pop rock band Maroon 5 and Tonight Show's host Jimmy Fallon performed Queen's 1979 hit "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" and Maroon 5's 2014 hit "Sugar" as unknown street musicians in New York City Subway.

They disguised themselves as bearded buskers. Most people totally oblivious to the musicians' true identities. But after Queen's hit song, when they revealed the identity, crowd were surprised, quickly came close to them and took video and photos with cell phones.
Back in June, Miley Cyrus and Jimmy Fallon performed surprise live in New York City Subway like this time.
"Crazy Little Thing Called Love" was released by British rock band Queen in 1979. The track is featured on their 1980 album "The Game". The song was written by Freddie Mercury, who composed the song on guitar and played rhythm guitar while performing the song live, which was the first time he played guitar in concert with Queen.
The song reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100 and number two on the UK Singles chart.
"Sugar" was recorded by Maroon 5 for their fifth studio album "V" in 2014. It was written by Mike Posner, Adam Levine, Dr. Luke, and Jacob Kasher Hindlin together with its producers Ammo and Cirkut.
"Sugar"'s music video is the same as this time, in which the band performed some songs during the real two weddings as background music band, middle of the weddings tha band revealed the identity. Two couples shared a happy time with the band.
Maroon 5 recently issued their sixth album "Red Pill Blues", which debuted at #2 on the Billboard 200.
