Norwegian singer-songwriter Jim Bergsted, aka JIM has delivered a new song "Under Attack" via SoundCloud. The track was written by Jim Bergsted, Daniele Autore and Mugisho Nhonzi. The song is radio-ready pop and 80s synths sound.
JIM signed to Warner Music Norway and debuted with "One and On" in 2017. Before major debut, he released "Reality", and "Mental Lover" featuring Frida Amundsen, as Jim Bergsted in 2015.
According to his official website, he said about his goal, "It is to write the perfect song. Obviously it's not possible, but it is certainly the perfect target." He has written the songs for a year and released "One and On" and "Under Attack".
About the new song, he explained;
"It started with the chorus. I always try to write anthemic, larger-than-life choruses. It’s a pretty intense way of working, but it’s a part of my identity as a songwriter. I wasn’t looking to tell a specific story but I wanted the song to be dark and epic. Musically, I think it’s both sentimental and uplifting, combining all the elements I think is needed in a big pop tune… 80s synths, punk rock guitars and gang vocals."- source : Ultimate Music
