  • Blondie Unveils New Song “Fragments” an Unkindness Cover

  • American rock band Blondie unveiled a new song "Fragments" from their upcoming 11th album "Pollinator". The song is cover version of Vancouver indie artist an Unkindness' "Fragments", which was released in February 2010. It was written by Adam Johnston.


    The new track follows previously released two singles from the new album, such as "Fun" and "Long Time". The music videos for them were premiered on VEVO, directed by Dikayl Rimmasch.
    The new album is due out on May 5th and features contributions from Sia, Charli XCX, Laurie Anderson, Joan Jett, former Smiths/Modest Mouse guitarist Johnny Marr and the Strokes' Nick Valensi.

    The band announced their first-ever pop-up shop, scheduled from April 29th to May 3rd at London's Camden Market. The event will feature an exclusive photography exhibition by Stein.
    Also, the band will support Phil Collins at Dublin’s Aviva Stadium on June 25 and at BST Hyde Park on June 30. After that, the band will team up with Garbage for a co-headlining North American tour.
