Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Trapdoor Social Drops New Music Video for “Great Lake”
Los Angeles based alternative rock band Trapdoor Social has released a new music video for "Great Lake". Directed by Alexandre Souêtre. The video was premiered exclusively on Wonderland Magazine on March 29, 2017.
The song is taken from their new album "Trapdoor Social", which was released last August.
Trapdoor Social consists of Merritt Graves (Vocals, Keys), Skylar Funk (Vocals, Guitar), Louie Gonzalez (Guitar), Patrick Griffen (Bass) and Ben Ebert (Drums). Originally, the band started as a duo with Merrit Graves and Skylar Funk, then reformed to 5-piece band.
The band released debut EP "Death of a Friend" in 2012. Their second EP "Science of Love" in 2014. In March 2016, the group released "Kid in the Sky (B-Sides)" and "Download My Dream B-Sides".
The band has currently toured to promote the new album with their solar trailer, putting on clean energy, solar-powered concerts at universities and outdoor venues across the country.
Also the band will perform at the second annual Sunstock Solar Festival in Los Angeles, which is a 100% solar-powered arts and music festival with all proceeds going to charity.
