American singer-songwriter Kehlani released a new song “Altar” along with a music video from her upcoming third studio album “Blue Water Road” on September 15, 2021.
The song is dedicated to the ones she's loved loved and lost. Kehlani said, “To all those i have lost, all the angels i have gained, all those that walk with me with hands cracking my chest open, this is for you. i love you.”
The track was written by Kehlani Parrish, Andrew Wansel, Daoud Anthony and India Perkins. Produced by Pop Wansel.
Also, the song features backing vocals from ambré and Jacob Collier. The video was directed by Kid. Studio.
