Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Cliché Cult Releases New Song “Talking”
Leeds based alt-rock band Cliché Cult, consisting of Jimmy Sweeney (Vocals/Rhythm Guitar), Jake Clayton (Lead Guitar), Robin Green (Drums) and Jimmy Ingham (Bass Guitar), released a new song “Talking” on July 9, 2021.
The song is their third single, following “Someone Like You” and “Common Ground”.
It was written by Jimmy Sweeney, Jake Clayton, Robin Green and Jimmy Ingham. Produced by Darius Kiani.
The band recorded at The Penthouse Recording studios back in April.
Cliché Cult said of the song, “After the success of our debut single we were determined to come back even stronger with our second release, and with this song we feel we have done just that as we feel that this song really came together in the studio and took on a new life through its production.”
The band formed in June 2020, when lockdown had just been lifted, with each member coming to the project with varied experiences and musical backgrounds.- source : SoundCloud
