Juno Awards 2021 Winners List & Performances of Justin Bieber, JP Saxe, Julia Michaels, Ali Gatie, Tate McRae, Jessie Reyez
CBC aired The Juno Awards of 2021 on June 6, 2021, where Alessia Cara hosted.
The awards had originally been planned to take place as a conventional live gala in Toronto, Ontario, although due to the continued pandemic these plans were cancelled; instead, the televised ceremony consisted of prerecorded or live performances by Canadian musicians at various venues throughout Canada, alongside acknowledgements of the already-announced winners and the presentation of just six top categories.
The Weeknd won the most at Awards, including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Single of the Year and Contemporary R&B/Soul Recording of the Year.
On the live performances, Justin Bieber performed “Somebody”. JP Saxe and Julia Michaels performed “If the World Was Ending” and “Like That”.
Ali Gatie and Tate McRae performed “What If I Told You That I Love You” and “Lie to Me”.
Jessie Reyez performed “Do You Love Her” and “Before Love Came to Kill Us”.
