  • True Villains Releases Debut Song “The Villain”

  • Nashville-based rock band True Villains has released their debut song “The Villain”.
Produced by Grammy-award winner Nick Raskulinecz. The accompanying music video was directed by Adam Ewbank.
The track features '80s speedy heavy rock sound. “This song highlights that sometimes in life we are forced into positions that cast us as the anti-hero,” the band said of the song. “This track deals with the realization and overall acceptance of that role, and learning to lean into the characteristics of becoming the villain. Sometimes it's ok to be the bad guy when we reach our breaking point.”
True Villains was founded by Tim Venerosa (Guitar) and Matt Carter (Drums). Originally, both worked on different project in Los Angeles. After touring, they reconnected in Nashville, they started True Villains with Barry Conaway (Bass), Greg Herndo (Keyboards), Beau Lastavich (Vocals) in 2015.
