Los Angeles-based four-piece alt-pop girl band Nasty Cherry released their sophomore EP “Season 2” on July 17, 2020. Produced by Chris Petrosino, Dylan Brady, Martin Stilling, Rob McCurdy, Siba and Yves Rothman. The EP contains 5-track, featuring '80s synth-pop sound vibes.
On the same day, the band premiered a new music video for “Better Run” directed by Drew Pearce. The video was filmed in Downtown Los Angeles.
The band shared on social media, “Wow, she's out now! What could have been a difficult second season turned out to be the most sonically stunning EP you could ever have imagined us giving you. We hope you love it as much as we do; it was an emotional, chaotic and fun ride recording these songs, and we're so grateful we get to share them with you.”
Nasty Cherry consists of Gabi Bechtel (vocals), Chloe Chaidez (guitar), Debbie Knox-Hewson (drums) and Georgia Somary (bass).
