DJ Snake, Selena Gomez, Cardi B & Ozuna Premiere New Music Video for “Taki Taki”
French DJ and producer DJ Snake has dropped a new music video “Taki Taki” featuring American singer-songwriter Selena Gomez, American rapper Cardi B and Puerto Rican reggae singer Ozuna.
The video was directed by Colin Tilley, a short teaser clip was shown at the 2018 American Music Awards.
The song was released back in September and marks DJ Snake’s second No. 1 global record, following 2015’s “Lean On” featuring MØ.
“I only heard it with Ozuna, then I find out Selena Gomez is gonna be on it, I’m like, ‘Oh shit, I know it’s gonna be a hit,’” Cardi B told Billboard last month. “It’s gonna be a really good hit. International hit. It’s very international.”
DJ Snake said of the song, “I wanted to make a reggaeton club-like hit. So I sent it to Ozuna, and he crushed it. But I want to have more females in the record, spanish speaking females, so I’ve found two queens, Cardi and Selena. This is what I always wanted to do, they blessed me with this greatness and dope energy. It’s just a great combo.”- source : Idolator
