LP Giobbi Releases New Song ”Love Come Through” with Panama
Los Angeles-based DJ LP Giobbi teamed up with Australian singer-songwriter Jarrah McCleary, aka Panama to release a new song ”Love Come Through” on September 24, 2024.
The song received its first play during BBC Radio 1's Chillest Show with Sian Eleri.
The track is the fifth and final pre-release single off of LP Giobbi's upcoming sophomore album ”Dotr”, which is set to be released on October 18, 2024 via Ninja Tune / Counter Records.
It was written by Jarrah Douglas McCleary, Leah Chisholm, and Richard Beynon. Produced by LP Giobbi and Richard Beynon.
LP Giobbi said of the song, “I have been a fan of the way Panama's songs emote real beauty and emotion through top notch chord progressions so I was thrilled to work with him on 'Love Come Through.' The icing on the cake was getting to work with Natalie Grata who did the live string arrangement making that final musical moment so euphoric.”- She shared on social media, ”'Love Come Through' is one of my most requested IDs and a favorite of mine to play in my DJ sets, so I'm super excited to say that it's out now with Panama! This is the final single before my album comes out next month. Making this music was such a healing journey as I navigated my way from grief to joy.”
The new album comprises 17 songs, featuring collaborations with Mascolo, Danielle Ponder, Jacob Banks, Brittany Howard of Alabama Shakes, Portugal. The Man, Panama, Reva DeVito, Madelyn Rue, Yona Gold, and Dad. - source : BBC Radio 1
