New York-based singer-songwriter Matty Marz has collaborated with producer Akira Akira to craft club-ready anthem “EPILL”.
The song was released from her upcoming debut album “m.w.u” on February 23, 2024.
The track takes inspiration from the gothic undertones of the late 90s electronic movement and the seductive pop sonics of the early aughts.
Matty Marz said of the song, “‘EPILL’ was a song I always wanted to make but didn’t know how to articulate until its conception. It’s a dark and seductive mid-ecstasy hit electronic record that explores the highs and lows of a trip.”
