Hazel English Covers The La's' “There She Goes”
Australian-American singer-songwriter Hazel English released a cover of British rock band The La's' “There She Goes” on October 5, 2023.
The song is her second cover single, following a cover of American alt-rock band Goo Goo Dolls' “Slide” released back in March.
The original version of the song was released by The La's in 1998. The song was re-issued in 1990 and reached No. 13 on the UK Singles chart.
It was written by Lee Mavers. The cover version was produced by Day Wave.
As another artist, besides Hazel English, the American Christian alternative rock band Sixpence None the Richer released a cover version of the song in July 1999.
Hazel English will perform at Soda Bar in San Diego, CA on November 21, 2023.
