London-based singer-songwriter Yulia Bizyukova, aka Everything by Electricity returned with a new song “Goodbye” on April 14, 2023.
The song is her first music in two years since the 2021 album “Time Without Time”.
It was written and produced by Yulia Bizyukova.
The track first came to fruition when Yulia Bizyukova decided to do some spring cleaning in her flat. From the ashes appeared an external hard drive with various unfinished tracks, one of which recovered a skeletonized version of “Goodbye”.
Yulia Bizyukova said of the song, “I ditched this song twice - first many moons ago when I wrote just the chorus and thought it was crap, then again last year I wrote and ditched another song that eventually became the verse of 'goodbye' (I bin most of my stuff) until something made me realise it's the same damn song I keep writing for ages and thought I might as well just write it for the third time and here it is.”
She continued, “And this is the lyric video and I can't even begin to tell you how many times it was binned too because of how ridiculously uncomfortable the whole thing feels.
