spill tab Premieres New Song “Window” on BBC Radio 1
Los Angeles-based French-Korean singer-songwriter Claire Chicha, aka spill tab premiered a new song “Window” on BBC Radio 1's Future Sounds with Clara Amfo.
The song will appear on her upcoming EP, including the previous songs “Splinter”, “Sunburn” and “Creme Brulee!” which is expected to be released in May 2023.
Clara Amfo told Clara Amfo about the song, “I wrote it about just getting into the pettiness and bitterness. Whilst in a long term relationship. It's usually easier to not be the bigger person so this song is sort of exploring that fantasy. I hope you like it.”
The track was written by Claire Chicha, Wyatt Bernard, and Austin Corona. Produced by Wyatt Bernard and Austin Corona.
She said of the song, “I was listening to a lot of Talking Heads around the time we started this song, so I think a bit of that influence is for sure in there. Mostly my producers Wyatt, Austin and I just had a good time crafting something that felt dynamic and ever changing. I love the idea of someone scrolling through the song and wondering how these different vibes exist together.”- Photo by Jade Sadler
