Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Pierce The Veil Returns With New Song “Pass The Nirvana”
American rock band Pierce The Veil, consisting of Vic Fuentes (vocals/rhythm guitar), Tony Perry (guitar) and Jaime Preciado (bass), has returned with a new song “Pass The Nirvana”.
The song is their first music in six years since the 2016 album “Misadventures”.
It was written by Curtis Peoples, Kill Dave, Vic Fuentes, Pat Morrissey and Paul Meany. Produced by Paul Meany.
The new music video for the song premiered on October 1, 2022. Directed by Jaime Valdueza.
The band frontman Vic Fuentes said of the song, “Pass The Nirvana is about the many horrible traumas that the youth of America have endured over the past few years. COVID, no proms, no graduations, an insurrection, school shootings. The list goes on. Their lives have been tossed around like clothes in a dryer, as the tensions within our country have infiltrated our own homes, friends, and families. To me, the song represents a euphoric detachment from all of that anxiety and stress and about finding some form of peace or nirvana.”
The band is currently running 2022 North American Tour along with Fit for a King and I Prevail.
