Donate to support families affected by the crisis in Ukraine ➔ Sam Feldt & Gavin James Team Up for New Song “Better”
Dutch DJ Sam Feldt and Irish singer-songwriter Gavin James teamed up to release a new song “Better” on September 9, 2022 via Heartfeldt Records.
This marks the first collaboration between Sam Feldt and Gavin James.
For Sam Feldt, the song is the follow-up to the collaborative song “Future In Your Hands” with David Solomon, featuring Aloe Blacc.
While, Gavin James joined in the song after releasing his fourth studio album “The Sweetest Part” in July.
The track was written by Anthony Dirksen, Daniel Bryer, Gavin Wigglesworth, Mike Needle, Oliver Green, and Sam Renders. Produced by Sam Feldt.
Gavin James said of the song, “I’m delighted that Sam and I are finally getting to release 'Better'. We have had this song ready since the lock down, when it was written. It seems like the perfect time to release it is now seeing how things have changed a lot since that time. The song was written about looking after a friend when they where feeling lost and couldn’t find a way out or a purpose.
