American singer-songwriter Alexa Cappelli released a new song “Temporary” along with a visualizer on August 26, 2022.
It is the second single since her debut EP “Confused @ 22”, following “Could've Just Left Me Alone” released back in May.
The track was written by Alexa Cappelli and Hannah trager. Produced by Jackson Foote and Ryan Rasmussen.
The visualizer was directed by Jaime Bilotti and Sara Bouwman.
“Temporary” explores the mixed emotions of breaking off a situationship.
Alexa Cappelli said of the song, “‘Temporary’ is a nostalgic song that makes the future of my love life seem less daunting, being proud of myself for knowing what I want and not settling for anything less. When I wrote ‘Temporary,’ I had finally processed my previous summer situationship and how I ended things. It was the song I needed to remind myself that I did the right thing by not trying to change them.
